Privacy policy

In force from 5 August 2026

1. Who handles your data

The data you give us through this site is handled by Dudson Enterprises LLC, a company formed in Florida, United States. For anything to do with your data, write to us at edgardojrj@dudsonenterprise.com.

2. What we collect and why

If you open a support ticket: we collect your name, your email, the subject, the message and the urgency you select. We use them to give you a ticket number, reply to you and keep a record of the issue. Without that data we can't help you, so it's necessary to provide the service you're asking for.

If you contract and pay: we keep your name, your email, what you contracted, the amount, the payment method and the payment status. We need them to issue the charge, deliver the service and meet our accounting and tax obligations.

If you email us: we keep the message and your contact details so we can reply and have a record of what was agreed.

We don't profile you, we don't sell your data and we don't pass it to anyone for advertising. We also don't make automated decisions that affect you legally.

3. Your card never comes here

When you pay, your card details are entered directly into our payment provider's system and never reach our servers. We don't see them, we don't receive them and we don't store them. All we get is confirmation that the payment went through, the amount and the identifying details of the transaction.

4. Who it's shared with

To operate we use third-party services which, in some cases, handle data on our behalf. These and only these:

Stripe processes card payments. Google provides the email we write to you and confirm tickets with. Hostinger hosts this website. A messaging app receives internal alerts with the ticket or order number, with no personal data, so we know something is waiting. Our management system runs on our own servers, not on a third-party platform.

In addition, when we build your system we may need to connect services you already use and whose accounts are yours. In that case you are the controller of those services, and their handling is governed by their own policies.

We're based in the United States, so if you write from elsewhere your data is handled there. By contracting or writing to us you accept that transfer. If you need specific contractual safeguards for international transfers, tell us and we'll sign them.

5. How long we keep it

Support tickets are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and up to three years afterwards, so a system's history can be looked up. Billing data is kept for as long as applicable accounting and tax rules require. Emails are kept while they're useful as a record of what was agreed.

After those periods, data is deleted or anonymised.

6. Cookies and local storage

This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. There are no social network pixels, we don't measure your behaviour and we don't know where you came from. That's why you won't see a cookie banner: there's nothing to consent to.

The only thing we store in your browser is the language you choose, so we don't switch it on you on every page. It's stored locally on your own device, it isn't sent to any server, and you can delete it by clearing the site's data from your browser.

If we ever add measurement or advertising, a notice will appear asking for your consent before anything is switched on, and this policy will be updated. As long as this paragraph is still here, we haven't.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access your data, correct it, delete it, take it elsewhere, restrict its use or object to it. Write to edgardojrj@dudsonenterprise.com and we'll reply within 30 days at most.

We don't charge you for exercising them and we don't ask you to explain why. We'll only check that you are who you say you are, so we don't hand your data to someone else.

If you think we've handled your data badly, tell us first — it's almost always faster. And if you're still not satisfied, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.

8. Your own customers' data

If you contract us, the systems we build will handle your customers' data: conversations, orders, emails. For that data you are the controller and we act on your behalf and on your instructions.

That data is stored in accounts and infrastructure in your name. We don't use it for anything of ours, we don't cross it with other clients' data and we don't keep it once you stop working with us. If your activity requires it, we'll sign whatever data processing agreement you need.

9. Minors

This site is aimed at businesses and professionals. It isn't intended for under-18s and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe we've collected a minor's data, write to us and we'll delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date in force appears at the top. If a change affects you materially and we have your email, we'll tell you before it takes effect.
