Tell us what's wrong

You get a ticket number straight away and can check where it stands whenever you want, without writing to anyone or waiting for someone to reply.

Next business dayThat's our commitment, not an "as soon as possible".

The more specific, the sooner it's fixed.

Where does mine stand?

With your number and the email you opened it with. No accounts, no passwords.

Before opening a ticket

What we get asked most.

My system went down outside working hours. What do I do?

Open the ticket anyway and mark it "I'm stuck, I can't sell". It's logged with the time, and it's the first thing we look at when the day starts. Writing somewhere else doesn't speed it up — all it does is make it get lost.

How long does a new build take?

Running in 10 business days, counted from when we have the access and the information. That timeline is the same however you pay.

What exactly does maintenance cover?

Keeping everything running and updated, monitoring, and fixes if something breaks. Active attention also includes a monthly allowance of changes and priority attention; sustained attention includes fixing it if it breaks. You're not billed separately every time something needs touching. What is another project is building something new that wasn't in the scope. Paid monthly or yearly paying ten months.

Can I cancel? What happens to what was built?

You can cancel maintenance with 30 days' notice. What was built stays with you, with full access and documented. The setup fee isn't refunded on cancellation: it's work already delivered.

How does the 30-day guarantee work?

If 30 calendar days after delivery the system isn't doing what the conditions accepted at purchase say, we give you the setup fee back. That's why the scope is closed first: so the guarantee means something concrete instead of depending on anyone's interpretation.

Who owns my accounts and my data?

You do, and you keep them. The payment account is in your name and the money from your sales never passes through us. Your customers' data is yours. If one day you stop working with us, nothing is left behind.

How do I pay, and in what currency?

We send you a link with the amount already agreed. Prices are in US dollars, but at checkout you see the amount in your own currency at the day's rate. You can pay the setup up front or in two parts, half on signing and half on delivery.

I'm in Venezuela. How do I pay?

Venezuela goes through its own route, because no international gateway solves it. Write to us and we'll send the details along with your order number.

Why isn't there a WhatsApp chat for support?

Because a message in a chat gets buried under twenty others and nobody knows if anyone saw it. With a ticket you always know where your issue stands and we know what's still open. If you already work with us you have a direct line — but what gets logged here is what doesn't get forgotten.

My case doesn't fit any of this.

Open it anyway and describe it in your own words. We'd rather read one ticket too many than find out too late about one that mattered.
