We put it where people already write to you. On your WhatsApp and your Instagram, the same accounts as always. Your customer installs nothing, goes nowhere strange and learns nothing new: they write where they were writing.

It starts answering from minute one. Price, availability, payment methods, delivery times, the questions that repeat. At three in the afternoon and at three in the morning, on a Sunday and on a public holiday, in under a minute.

It sorts the conversations for you. It tells apart the person asking out of curiosity from the one about to buy, and flags it. You stop reading all of them to find the one that mattered.

It hands you only what's yours to handle. When someone asks something delicate, or the conversation goes off-script, it pings you and passes the whole thread over — with everything that was already said, so you don't have to ask twice. The rest it carries to the close itself, in the same chat where it started.

Terms of this service

What you're signing, in plain words.

Setup: $750 paying up front, founder price for the 3 seats in this package. After that, $1,500 in two parts: half to start, half on delivery. The price is fixed before we begin and doesn't move.
Timeline: Running in 10 business days, counted from when we have the access and the information. The timeline is the same however you pay.
Maintenance: Active attention: $400 a month, with the first two free on the founder price. Covers keeping it running, monitoring, a monthly allowance of changes and priority attention. Paid monthly or yearly paying ten months, in advance. If in time your agent stops changing, it can move to sustained attention: $200 to $300 a month.
Cancellation: You can cancel maintenance with 30 days' notice. The setup fee isn't refunded on cancellation: it's work already delivered.
Guarantee: If 30 calendar days after delivery the system isn't doing what the conditions accepted at purchase say, we give you the setup fee back.
Support: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00. Outside those hours the agent keeps answering your customers; what waits until the next day is our reply to you.
What's yours: The accounts where it answers are yours and stay yours. The conversations with your customers are yours. The agent answers with the information you give it: keeping that current is on you, putting it into the system is on us.

These terms make specific, for this service, what the general terms and conditions say. If the two documents contradict each other, the conditions accepted at purchase win: if there was a written proposal beforehand, the proposal; if you bought directly from the site, the package page and the terms in force at the moment you paid.
