Remembering: It knows what was already discussed with that person; it doesn't make them repeat themselves.

No prior diagnostic: Buying directly doesn't require the AI Diagnostic: you're in charge. When you contract without it, we work from the information you hand us and fit adjustments between the system and your business during the first 30 calendar days after delivery are on you; you can request them as soon as you spot them and the monthly change allowance of active maintenance covers them. The 30-day guarantee doesn't change.

What it doesn't do

It doesn't make things up. If something isn't in the information it was given, it doesn't pull it out of thin air: it says so and escalates.
It doesn't phone anyone. It's text, in your messaging channels.
It doesn't reach anything it wasn't given. It doesn't get into systems, accounts or databases you haven't deliberately connected.
It doesn't decide about money. It doesn't approve discounts, negotiate prices or accept terms other than the ones it was loaded with.
It doesn't replace a person on the delicate things. Complaints, edge cases and anything that smells like trouble go to a human.
It doesn't bring people in. It looks after whoever already writes to you. Getting them to write is another matter.

How it goes

From paying to running.

You pay here and it's contracted. Your card details go straight to Stripe: they never pass through our servers and we never see them. The receipt reaches you by email.

We write to you the next business day with the exact list of what's needed: access, your catalogue with prices and variants, and how you deliver your product today.

We close the shape of the sale with you. What the customer sees, what they pay, what they receive and in what order. Decided before anything gets built.

We build the page, the charging and the delivery, and test them end to end with test payments, until a whole sale completes on its own.

You review it. You buy your own product as if you were a customer. If something doesn't add up, it's fixed before it goes live.

It's running. The timeline is 10 business days counted from when we have the access, the catalogue and the product, not from the payment: that part depends on you, and we won't sell you a date we don't control.

The guarantee and maintenance begin. Thirty calendar days of guarantee from delivery, and the first two months of maintenance free on the founder price.

Terms of this service

What you're accepting when you buy, in plain words.

Setup: $1,900 paying up front, founder price for the 3 seats in this package. After that, $3,800 in two parts: half to start, half on delivery. The price is fixed before we begin and doesn't move.
Timeline: Running in 10 business days, counted from when we have the access, the catalogue and the product. The timeline is the same however you pay.
Maintenance: Active attention: $500 a month, with the first two free on the founder price. It is the level a system that handles money calls for: monitoring, a monthly allowance of changes and priority attention. Paid monthly or yearly paying ten months, in advance.
Your money: Payments go through an account of yours, in your name. The money from your sales never passes through us, not for a day. Whatever fees your payment provider charges are theirs and separate from what you pay us.
Cancellation: You can cancel maintenance with 30 days' notice. The setup fee isn't refunded on cancellation: it's work already delivered, and the page and the system stay with you.
Guarantee: If 30 calendar days after delivery the system isn't doing what the conditions accepted at purchase say, we give you the setup fee back.
Support: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00. Outside those hours the system keeps selling, charging and delivering to your customers; what waits until the next day is our reply to you.
What's yours: The payment account, your customers' data and the content of the page. All yours, and they stay yours if one day you stop working with us.

These terms make specific, for this service, what the general terms and conditions say. If the two documents contradict each other, the conditions accepted at purchase win: if there was a written proposal beforehand, the proposal; if you bought directly from the site, the package page and the terms in force at the moment you paid. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.

Keep in mind that without a prior diagnostic we work from the information you hand us: fit adjustments between the system and your business during the first 30 calendar days after delivery are your responsibility, and you can request whatever changes you need as soon as you spot them (the monthly change allowance of active maintenance covers them; anything beyond the scope is quoted separately). The 30-day guarantee doesn't change: if the system isn't doing what the conditions accepted at purchase say, we give you the setup fee back.
