What you're signing, in plain words.

How it starts: This level always starts with the AI Business Diagnostic ($500): the whole business gets walked through with the Dudson Method and the plan comes out of that. It is never charged blind — there's no honest way to price this without having seen your operation from the inside. The $500 for the AI Business Diagnostic is credited in full against the price of the implementation if that implementation is contracted in less than 30 calendar days, counted from the delivery of the roadmap.
Setup: From $3,750 paying up front, founder price for the 3 seats in this package. After that, from $7,500 in two parts. It says "from" because scope varies a lot between businesses: the exact figure comes out of the diagnostic's plan, is closed in writing before we start and doesn't move after that.
Timeline: Set together with the scope, before we start, and delivered in parts so you see results from the first weeks. What we don't do is begin without a date.
Maintenance: Active attention: from $600 a month, or to be agreed depending on what has to be kept running, with the first two free on the founder price. Covers keeping everything working, monitoring, a monthly allowance of changes and priority attention. Paid monthly or yearly paying ten months. It's "to be agreed" because keeping one brand running isn't the same as three in two countries.
Advertising: We set up the tracking, we don't run the campaigns. We leave installed and verified everything needed for each sale to be traced back to its source, and that's where our part ends. The budget and its handling are yours, in accounts in your name: that money never passes through us. We don't promise a volume of visits or sales — the price of advertising is set by an auction that rises and falls on its own, and promising a number would be promising something nobody controls.
Cancellation: You can cancel maintenance with 30 days' notice. The setup fee isn't refunded on cancellation: it's work already delivered, and what was built stays with you.
Guarantee: If 30 calendar days after delivery the system isn't doing what the conditions accepted at purchase say, we give you the setup fee back.
Support: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00. The systems keep running outside those hours; what waits until the next day is our reply to you.
What's yours: Your data, your accounts and what was built. All documented and with full access, so you can operate it yourself or with whoever you like. Nothing is tied to you staying with us.

If the two documents contradict each other, the conditions accepted at purchase win: if there was a written proposal beforehand, the proposal; if you bought directly from the site, the package page and the terms in force at the moment you paid.
